1. Booking & Reservations

All reservations made through this website are subject to availability and acceptance by the Hotel. As a digital-first establishment:

• Guests must be at least 18 years of age to book a room.
• A valid ID must be presented upon check-in, matching the name on the reservation.
• Reservations are only confirmed once the initial deposit or full payment is processed.

2. Payment Policy

To "integrate secure online payment systems" as part of our service standard:

• We accept payments via Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) and Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard).
• All transactions are processed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are secured via SSL encryption. Any transaction fees from your bank or network provider are the responsibility of the guest.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Important information regarding non-refundable bookings:

• Non-Refundable Rate: Bookings made under non-refundable rates are not eligible for cancellation, modification, or refund once payment has been successfully processed, regardless of the reason.
• No Refund on Early Departure or Late Arrival: In the event of late arrival, or early departure, the full booking amount will be charged and no refund will be issued.
• No-Show: In the event of a no-show, the total cost of the reservation will be non-refundable.

4. SMS Notifications & Communication

By providing your phone number during the booking process, you explicitly consent to receive:

• Automated SMS booking confirmations.
• Payment receipts and check-in reminders.
• Updates regarding your stay or special hotel announcements.

Standard network rates may apply for these messages.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: From 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability.
• Check-Out: By 12:00 PM. Late check-out may incur additional charges.

6. Liability & Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other residents. FOUR SIBLINGS HOTEL reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund if a guest causes significant disruption or damage to property.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Accra.
